Seed-VC
Zero-shot voice and singing voice conversion in real time
About
Seed-VC is a zero-shot voice conversion framework from Plachtaa, described in a November 2024 paper. It clones a voice from 1–30 seconds of reference audio using a diffusion transformer with an external timbre shifter to reduce timbre leakage, and supports real-time conversion with about 300ms of algorithmic delay. The authors report it beats OpenVoice and CosyVoice on speaker similarity and word error rate. It also does zero-shot singing voice conversion. The license was not confirmed in the sources I read, so verify before commercial use.
