It was trained on roughly 2.6 million aesthetically ranked images with a deliberate 1:1 split across anime, cartoon, furry, and pony content and across safe/questionable/explicit ratings, with artist names stripped and an opt-in/opt-out program for the source data. About half the images carry detailed natural-language captions, which is why it takes normal descriptive prompts well while also understanding Danbooru-style tags; the score-tag ladder (score_9, score_8_up, and so on) with clip skip 2 is the standard prompting recipe.
