VSeeFace
Free webcam face tracking for 3D VRM VTuber avatars.
About
VSeeFace is a free Windows application that puppeteers 3D VTuber avatars in real time. Load a VRM model from VRoid Studio, Blender, or Unity, and the software tracks facial expressions, eye gaze, and head rotation through a standard webcam, with optional iPhone tracking via companion apps for higher fidelity.
It is widely considered the 3D counterpart to VTube Studio's 2D workflow and a staple of the indie VTuber scene: no paid tier exists, it runs on modest hardware, and it pipes cleanly into OBS for streaming. Hand tracking requires a Leap Motion controller, and macOS and Linux users need alternatives, but for Windows-based 3D VTubing it remains the default free choice.
What it can do

- iPhone tracking bridge for higher quality
- Virtual camera output for OBS and calls
