Typeface
Enterprise generative AI platform for on-brand marketing content, backed by Salesforce and Google.
About
Typeface is an enterprise-grade generative AI platform for creating personalized, on-brand marketing content at scale. Founded in 2022 by ex-Adobe CTO Abhay Parasnis, it emerged from stealth with a $65M Series A in early 2023 and reached a $1B valuation on a $100M Salesforce Ventures-led Series B that June. Its Brand AI engine ingests a company's logos, fonts, colors, image libraries, and messaging to ground every generated asset in that brand's identity.
The platform covers text, image, audio, and video generation with templates for campaigns, plus AI agents that orchestrate multi-step marketing workflows from brief to publishing. It integrates with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Google Cloud, and its strategic investors Salesforce, Microsoft, and Google are also customers. In September 2024 it acquired Treat and Narrato on the same day to round out its multimodal stack. Enterprise pricing and a sales-led motion mean it is aimed at large marketing organizations rather than solo creators.
