Topaz Video
Desktop AI video enhancement: upscale to 16K, denoise, deblur, stabilize, interpolate.
About
Topaz Video (formerly Topaz Video AI) is the reference desktop app for AI video restoration. It upscales footage up to 16K, removes noise, fixes motion blur, stabilizes shaky shots, interpolates frames for smooth slow motion, and converts SDR to HDR — with specialized models (Rhea, Proteus, Iris for detail; Nyx, Artemis for noise) you can preview side-by-side before a long export. Rendering runs locally on your GPU, offline, with unlimited renders.
As of late 2025 the perpetual license is gone for new buyers: Personal is $299/year (unlimited local rendering, 25 monthly cloud credits, one computer). Cloud rendering burns extra credits on top, you lose app access if you stop paying, and you need a real GPU — integrated graphics struggle, and there is no Linux build. Free trial is preview-only with watermarked output.
