TestDriver
AI QA agent that writes and runs end-to-end tests from plain English.
About
TestDriver is a computer-use AI agent built for QA testing of web and desktop applications. Instead of brittle CSS selectors, it uses AI vision to see the interface the way a human tester would, so tests survive redesigns and UI shifts. Test scripts are authored in plain English and compiled into repeatable YAML-backed suites that run as Vitest tests.
The platform plugs into developer workflow with a GitHub integration: tag the agent in a pull request and it spins up a real desktop sandbox, clones the code, runs exploratory testing, and reports bugs with Dashcam screen recordings, console logs, and network traces. An npm package (testdriverai) scaffolds projects with a CLI init command and hooks for Vitest.
What it can do
- Plain-English test authoring with AI vision
- Selectorless end-to-end testing for web and desktop apps
- GitHub PR integration with real desktop sandbox runs
- Dashcam video replays and AI-generated failure summaries
- CI/CD integration via GitHub Actions
