About
Tecton is a real-time enterprise feature store that manages and serves ML features with ultra-low latency, automated online serving, and point-in-time correctness. Its founding team built the AI tooling behind thousands of real-time models at Uber, and it was adopted by Fortune 500 companies for fraud detection, risk scoring, and personalized AI agents.
In April 2026 Databricks announced its acquisition of Tecton to power real-time data for AI agents, embedding its technology into Databricks workflows and the Agent Bricks tooling.
Acquisition caveat: standalone Tecton is being absorbed into Databricks, so new adopters should evaluate Databricks directly rather than Tecton as an independent vendor. It was always an enterprise-priced platform with no meaningful free tier.
