SuprSend
Notification infrastructure — one workflow engine for email, SMS, push, WhatsApp, Slack.
About
SuprSend is notification infrastructure for product teams: instead of wiring SendGrid, Twilio, FCM, and Slack APIs separately, you trigger a SuprSend Workflow and it handles routing, templating, retries, and vendor failover across every channel. The central idea is decoupling — trigger, content, variables, target user, channels, and vendors are independent nodes in a workflow, so swapping a vendor or reprioritizing channels never touches your codebase.
Templates for all channels are designed together in visual editors, preferences and unsubscription are handled with a prebuilt notification center and preference center, and the platform claims 99.99% uptime with tens of millions of daily notifications at sub-15ms latency — provider-stated numbers, but the architecture (location-based load balancing, intelligent retries and fallbacks) is at least designed for that scale. A 2026 "SuprSend AI" launch added AI-assisted notification building, and an MCP server (npx suprsend start-mcp-server) exposes workflows and preferences as tools to AI clients.
Pricing starts around $49–99/month for 100k notifications, which undercuts building this in-house but adds up at real scale — some users grumble about per-notification pricing. The main competitor is Novu (open-source); SuprSend's pitch is the more polished, product-team-friendly workflow layer on top of the same plumbing.
What it can do
- Single workflow engine across email, SMS, push, WhatsApp, Slack, in-app
- Vendor abstraction: add, remove, or reprioritize providers without code changes
- Unified visual template editors for all channels
- Prebuilt in-app notification center and user preference center
- Intelligent fallbacks, retries, and smart routing between vendors
- MCP server exposing workflows, users, and preferences to AI clients
Setup
- Sign up at suprsend.com and create a workspace.
- Add vendors (email/SMS/push/WhatsApp/Slack providers) in the dashboard — no code changes needed later.
- Design templates in the visual editors and build a Workflow.
- Trigger via API/SDK or the MCP server; embed the prebuilt notification center in your app.
Prerequisites
Accounts/API keys for the underlying channel vendors you want to use (e.g. an email provider). Node.js 18+ for the MCP server/CLI.

Trust score — 6/10
Scored 6/10 (metrics tier, metrics-v1). Evidence: Closed SaaS, no public repo; smaller vendor — adoption estimated from Product Hunt presence (4.5/5, 1.4K followers) and docs quality (thinner evidence); Workflow-based multi-channel orchestration, vendor abstraction, prebuilt notification/preference centers verified against official docs; 99.99% uptime and sub-15ms latency figures are provider-stated (marketingscoop), not independently verified. Manual review: MCP server for AI clients verified in docs (npx suprsend start-mcp-server); per-notification pricing is the main user complaint — verified via reviews. License: Closed SaaS.
