About

Superhuman Mail is the speed-obsessed email client that replaces the Gmail or Outlook interface entirely. Everything maps to a keystroke — triage with 100+ shortcuts — with Split Inbox for prioritization, read statuses, and a command palette. The Business tier adds Auto Drafts, Ask AI, custom AI Auto Labels, and HubSpot/Salesforce integration. It works only with Gmail and Outlook accounts; your mail stays with Google or Microsoft.

In June 2025 Grammarly announced an agreement to acquire Superhuman, and in October 2025 the combined company renamed itself Superhuman: the email app became Superhuman Mail inside a suite alongside Grammarly, Docs (formerly Coda), and the Go assistant. Pricing is Starter $30/user/mo ($25 annual) and Business $40/user/mo ($33 annual), with no free tier. It remains the premium pick for people who process hundreds of emails a day and want the fastest interface money can buy.
