Sim
Open-source visual platform for building and deploying AI agent workflows.
About
Sim is an open-source AI agent builder and visual workflow platform where teams design, test, deploy, and operate AI agent workflows on a drag-and-drop canvas. Workflows combine agent blocks (models, instructions, context, tools), logic blocks, and processing blocks, and can be deployed as a REST API, a hosted chat interface, webhooks, scheduled jobs, or MCP tools. It ships under the Apache 2.0 license.
The platform supports multi-model orchestration across OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, xAI, and local models via Ollama or vLLM, with MCP support for connecting external tools and more than 1,000 prebuilt integrations. Built-in knowledge bases, tables, and files give agents reusable context, while real-time collaboration lets multiple people edit workflows together. Teams can use Sim Cloud or self-host with Docker Compose or Kubernetes.
What it can do
- Visual drag-and-drop canvas for AI agent workflows
- Multi-LLM support with bring-your-own-key across major providers
- MCP client and server support for tool connectivity
- Deploy workflows as REST API, chat UI, webhooks, or scheduled jobs
- Self-hostable via Docker Compose or Kubernetes under Apache 2.0
