Roop
One-click open-source face swap for images and video, no training needed.
About
Roop is an open-source face-swap tool that replaces a face in a photo or video using just a single source image. Unlike training-heavy pipelines, it needs no dataset and no model training, which made it one of the most accessible deepfake tools on GitHub.
It ships with a simple graphical interface as well as a command-line mode, and it downloads its models automatically on first run. The project spawned many forks, including real-time webcam variants.
