Parley Pro
Collaborative CLM, now the contract pillar of CounselLink
Acquired — still operating
Acquired by LexisNexis in May 2022; now the CLM pillar of the CounselLink enterprise legal management platform.
About
Parley Pro was a cloud contract lifecycle platform founded in 2015, built around real-time collaboration: simultaneous editing, context-aware negotiation, and end-to-end automation from request and drafting through signature and post-signature management, with AI-powered analytics over the contract portfolio. The vendor claimed up to 40% faster contracting cycles. In May 2022 LexisNexis acquired it to become the CLM pillar of its CounselLink enterprise legal management platform, alongside legal spend and matter management. It continues as part of CounselLink rather than a standalone product, so new buyers encounter it inside the LexisNexis suite. CEO Olga Mack stayed on through the transition.

Trust score — 6/10
Scored 6/10 (METRICS tier, metrics-v1). Evidence: real product founded 2015 with $6.3M raised and a documented May 2022 acquisition by LexisNexis into CounselLink. Strengths: solid collaboration-first CLM design, now backed by a major legal-tech parent. Docked for: (1) standalone product discontinued — roadmap is LexisNexis's; (2) performance claims (40% faster cycles) are legacy provider marketing with no independent verification. License: commercial, proprietary.
