PagerDuty
Incident management platform with AI agents for the full response lifecycle.
About
PagerDuty is the incumbent incident management platform, and in October 2025 it launched a suite of four AI agents for digital operations: the SRE Agent, which learns from past incidents to recommend diagnostics and remediations and generates self-updating runbooks; the Scribe Agent for transcribing calls and chats into status updates; the Shift Agent for on-call scheduling; and the Insights Agent for proactive recommendations from PagerDuty analytics.
The company also shipped a remote MCP server so third-party AI agents can connect bidirectionally to PagerDuty, with over 250 customers adopting it within two months. PagerDuty Advance bundles the AI assistant with Amazon Q Business integration, and the 2025 packaging update embedded AI capabilities across all paid incident management tiers.
