Oxylabs
Web intelligence platform: proxies and AI scraping for the agent era.
About
Oxylabs is a Vilnius-based web intelligence platform that grew out of premium proxy infrastructure. It offers a pool of over 175 million ethically sourced residential and datacenter IPs, a managed Web Scraper API, and Web Unblocker, an AI-native proxy manager that bypasses anti-scraping systems. In July 2025 it launched AI Studio, a suite of four AI-driven tools (AI-Crawler, AI-Scraper, Browser Agent, and AI-Search) that extract data from natural-language prompts.
In July 2026 the company took its first ever outside funding: $130 million from Warburg Pincus at a $3.6 billion valuation, after bootstrapping since 2015. It had previously acquired Webshare in 2022 and ScrapingBee in 2025. The CEO frames the business as the live infrastructure that grounds AI agents in real-time web knowledge. Web scraping remains a legally contested zone, and tightening rules around automated data collection could affect the model.
