Ostagram
Neural style transfer that merges your photo with a famous painting's style.
About
Ostagram is a web service implementing neural style transfer: it takes the content of one uploaded photo and the style of a second image, typically a famous painting, and blends them using convolutional neural networks based on the Gatys artistic-style algorithm. Users pick both the scene and the painter to imitate, which gives more control than one-click art filters.
Processing is slow, estimated at 1.5 to 2 hours on an average home computer, so the site leans on a public gallery with day, week, month, and year leaderboards to browse while jobs finish. Registration is required before uploading.
What it can do
- Dual-image neural style transfer workflow
- Gatys-algorithm convolutional style blending
- Public gallery with ranked leaderboards
- English and Chinese interface options
- Open references to the underlying research method
Setup
