Nuclino
Your team's collective brain — a real-time wiki that's fast to write and easy to navigate.
About
Nuclino is the anti-bloat team wiki. The Munich company — founded in 2016 and seed-funded by Vantera VC, per Crunchbase — built a real-time collaborative document platform around one idea: knowledge should be quick to capture and effortless to find. Items connect into a graph you can browse as a tree, a board or a network diagram, and everything updates live as teammates type.
It covers the wiki fundamentals well: nested documents, markdown, media embeds, version history, full-text search and an API, with integrations for Slack, Google Workspace, Lucidchart, draw.io and Gliffy. Apps run on web and desktop (Windows, macOS, Linux) plus mobile. The free plan covers up to 50 items and 2GB of storage, and paid plans start at $5 per user per month on annual billing with unlimited items and 10GB per user — refreshingly simple next to enterprise knowledge suites.

Use cases
Works with
Trust score — 7/10
Scored 7/10 (TIER metrics, metrics-v1). Evidence: Munich founding (2016) and feature set corroborated by BounceWatch, Crunchbase and Slashdot listings; pricing verified via SourceForge/Slashdot directory data. Strengths: fast, genuinely simple wiki with three useful views; transparent simple pricing; real-time editing that works. Docked for: (1) seed-stage company with a 1–10 person team — continuity risk; (2) thinner ecosystem and template library than Notion/Confluence; (3) graph view is visual navigation, not Roam-style backlink depth. License: proprietary SaaS; free to 50 items/2GB, paid from $5/user/month.
