About
Mindrift is the expert-sourcing platform built by Toloka, the AI data company that has operated since 2014 and sits inside the Nebius Group. It connects domain specialists, software engineers, physicians, linguists, lawyers, with training-data projects for frontier AI labs: supervised fine-tuning, RLHF, model evaluation, and red-teaming. CEO and co-founder Olga Megorskaya launched it to route high-complexity work to vetted experts instead of a general crowd. In May 2025 Bezos Expeditions led a $72M investment round as Toloka was restructured into an independent entity, and the company reports Amazon, Microsoft, and Anthropic among its clients.
