MateCat
Free, open-source, web-based CAT tool with adaptive machine translation
About
MateCat is a free and open-source online CAT tool from Translated, originally built in an EU-funded research project with Fondazione Bruno Kessler and the University of Edinburgh. It runs entirely in the browser: upload a document, translate segment by segment with adaptive machine translation from ModernMT, and pull suggestions from the MyMemory public translation memory.
It supports 80+ file formats and 200 languages and is used by 100,000+ translators. Being web-only means there is no offline mode, and very large files can be slow.
