About

Luciq, rebranded from Instabug in September 2025, is a mobile-exclusive observability platform that uses AI agents to proactively detect, prioritize, diagnose, and resolve quality issues across iOS, Android, React Native, and Flutter apps. Founded in Egypt in 2013 and backed by Y Combinator, Accel, and Insight Partners, it is used by DoorDash, T-Mobile, Lyft, and Disney.

The platform covers the full mobile lifecycle: crash reporting, session replay, APM, in-app user feedback, release management, and AI-driven resolution. Its agentic workflow auto-captures screenshots, device context, network logs, and repro steps with every report, and routes enriched issues to tools like Zendesk so support and engineering teams resolve faster with full context.

What it can do

  • AI agents for detection, diagnosis, and resolution
  • Crash reporting with auto-captured device context
  • Session replay for visual bug reproduction
  • In-app bug reporting and user feedback
  • Release management and stability monitoring

Setup

Add the Luciq SDK to the iOS, Android, React Native, or Flutter app via package manager and initialize with an app token.

Prerequisites

A mobile app project and an app token from the Luciq dashboard.
