While anthropics/skills targets developers in the terminal, anthropics/knowledge-work-plugins is Anthropic's official plugin repository for knowledge workers using Claude Cowork in the desktop app. It ships 11 plugins with built-in connectors for the tools office work actually runs on: Slack, Notion, Asana, Linear, Jira, Monday, ClickUp, and Microsoft 365. The split is deliberate — Cowork and Claude Code share the same agentic architecture but serve genuinely different audiences, and the optimal skill stack for each is different.

The honest picture: this ecosystem is newer and smaller than the code-skills world, and it requires the Claude Cowork desktop app rather than the terminal. Connector quality varies by integration, and enterprise IT will want to review OAuth scopes before teams wire up production Jira or Slack. But for non-developers who want Claude to actually do things in their work tools instead of just drafting text about them, it's the official starting point.
