The honest picture: it's an index, not installable software — every entry is a link you must evaluate and install yourself, and awesome-lists inevitably accumulate dead or abandoned links. It doesn't vet quality beyond curation, so a listed skill can be anything from excellent to a weekend experiment. Pair it with an installer (like the skills CLI) rather than treating the list itself as a toolkit.
