About

Cranium AI is an end-to-end AI security and governance platform that helps enterprises secure and govern artificial intelligence across the full model lifecycle. Based in Short Hills, New Jersey and led by CEO and co-founder Jonathan Dambrot, it gives organizations visibility and control over the models they build, the agents they deploy, and the applications they ship.

In May 2026 the company acquired Aiceberg, an agentic AI security and risk management company, combining Aiceberg's agentic risk-mapping technology with Cranium's security framework. As part of the deal, Aiceberg CEO Alex Schlager joined Cranium as chief technology officer. The combined platform targets LLM and generative application security, dedicated governance for autonomous agents, and automated compliance mapping to global regulatory standards.
