Courier
Notification infrastructure with AI-powered Journeys orchestration and an MCP server.
About
Courier is a developer-first notification infrastructure platform for multi-channel messaging across email, push, SMS, and chat. Its newer Journeys product is a visual workflow builder for multi-step, cross-channel notification flows with built-in AI agents that add intelligence directly into the workflow, moving the platform from sending individual notifications to orchestrating full customer lifecycles.
For AI-era development, Courier ships an MCP server that lets developers using Claude Code, Cursor, or Windsurf build, test, and debug notifications from inside their coding assistant: creating templates, sending test messages, and querying delivery logs without leaving the conversation. Conditional routing, batching, and throttling nodes give AI agents the primitives they need to send smart notifications.
