About
Conveyor is an AI-powered customer trust platform founded in 2021 that attacks what its CEO calls the worst job in cybersecurity: filling out vendor security questionnaires. Its AI agent Sue answers questionnaires with high accuracy by drawing on a vendor-specific knowledge base, while a second agent, Phil, researches requirements and drafts RFP responses.
The platform also offers an Agentic Trust Center where buyers can chat with an AI agent for cited answers and completed questionnaires instead of hunting through documents. In June 2025 Conveyor raised a $20 million Series B led by SignalFire, bringing total funding to around $40 million, with customers including Zendesk, Atlassian, and Netflix.
