About

Cherre is a real estate data platform that ingests disparate property data sources into a single connected model, which the company describes as the largest real estate knowledge graph in the world. Customers in investment, brokerage, asset management and insurance use it to unify pipelines, clean and resolve data, and run custom models, analytics and reporting from one source of truth.

Founded in 2016 in New York City, Cherre raised $105 million in total, including a $30 million Series C in 2024 led by HighSage Ventures with investors such as Nuveen Real Estate and RXR. In July 2026 the company was acquired by RealPage, which said it would keep Cherre as a separate operating unit and invest in accelerating its growth, folding it into RealPage's push toward AI-driven investment and operating decisions.

/10 trustVerified

Scored 7/10 (TIER verified, metrics-v1). Evidence: $105M total raised, $30M Series C in 2024 (AlleyWatch); acquired by RealPage in July 2026 with plans to keep it as a separate unit (Inman interview with RealPage CEO). Strengths: strong investor roster from the real estate industry itself, enterprise customer base, now backed by RealPage capital. Docked for: (1) post-acquisition roadmap is RealPage-controlled, so independence is a question; (2) enterprise-only with no public pricing. License: proprietary commercial.
