About

Brightpick's Autopicker robots combine a mobile base with a robotic arm, using the company's Intuition AI software to pick items, carry totes, and consolidate orders without fixed infrastructure. The 2.0 model does 70-80 picks per hour — roughly human speed — with tactile sensors for delicate handling and up to 12 hours of battery. It is available as Robots-as-a-Service from about $1,900/robot/month, which keeps CapEx down, but the three-year minimum commitment means you are locked in. It also works with standard shelving and totes, so retrofitting is easier than with most automation.

What it can do

  • Autonomous robotic picking (70-80 picks/hour)
  • Picking-in-motion while traveling
  • Tactile sensors for fragile items
  • Robots-as-a-Service pricing model

Setup

  1. Request a demo and warehouse assessment
  2. Choose RaaS subscription or CapEx purchase
  3. Deploy robots with standard shelving and totes (no fixed infrastructure)
  4. Integrate with your WMS
  5. Monitor throughput and scale the fleet as needed

Prerequisites

A warehouse with standard shelving; a WMS for order integration
