Big Health
FDA-cleared digital therapeutics for insomnia and anxiety: SleepioRx and DaylightRx.
About
Big Health builds prescription digital therapeutics for the two most common mental health conditions. SleepioRx delivers CBT for insomnia disorder and DaylightRx delivers CBT for generalized anxiety disorder, both as fully automated six-week programs. They are among the first nine treatments in the US Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services category of Digital Mental Health Treatments, which opened national Medicare reimbursement through new G-codes in the 2025 Physician Fee Schedule. The products are also recommended in American College of Physicians and NICE clinical guidelines.
The company raised $23.7 million in strategic funding in February 2026 to scale adoption through health systems, and says the treatments are backed by dozens of peer-reviewed studies including randomized controlled trials. Big Health distributes through employers, health plans, and pharmacy benefit managers, including a collaboration with CVS Health. Access is typically through an employer or health plan rather than direct consumer purchase.

Evidence: February 2026 Business Wire release confirms the $23.7M round and FDA-cleared status of SleepioRx and DaylightRx; CMS DMHT category and G-codes confirmed across independent outlets; NICE and ACP guideline recognition confirmed. Strengths: genuine FDA clearance, RCT evidence base, Medicare reimbursement pathway, fresh 2026 funding. Docked for: (1) most distribution figures and access counts are vendor-reported; (2) treatments are adjuncts to clinician care, not standalone prescriptions. License: proprietary.
