About
Akiflow is a time-blocking planner for people whose work is scattered across a dozen apps. Its universal inbox pulls tasks from Slack, Gmail, Notion, Todoist, Asana, ClickUp, Jira, Linear, Trello, GitHub and more, then lets you drag them onto a unified timeline with Google Calendar and Outlook syncing both ways. Everything is built around a command bar and keyboard shortcuts, so capturing and scheduling a task takes seconds.
The built-in Aki assistant handles planning and rescheduling by chat, email or even WhatsApp, and a newer meeting assistant records and transcribes calls with action items. An MCP server lets Claude or ChatGPT manage your tasks and deadlines directly, and booking links share your availability without back-and-forth emails.
Pricing is $34 per month billed monthly or $19 per month billed annually, with a 7-day trial that requires a card and no free plan. It is unapologetically a solo-professional tool: there is no real-time team collaboration, which keeps it fast but rules it out for shared workspaces.
