AI Real Estate Analyst
Claude Code skill pack for property research, comps, and investment analysis.
About
A Claude Code skill pack that turns the CLI into a property research system. Five parallel agents analyze a property across value, income potential, neighborhood quality, investment upside, and market conditions, then produce a composite Property Score (0-100) with a letter grade and a buy/hold/pass signal. Fifteen skills cover comparable sales, rental cash flow, BRRRR and fix-and-flip scenarios, mortgage math, MLS-ready listing copy, market analysis, property screening, commercial analysis, and 6-page PDF reports. The repo has 182 GitHub stars and is MIT licensed, with a one-command installer. Honest caveat, stated by the repo itself: outputs are AI-generated approximations from public data, not investment advice — verify everything with licensed professionals before acting on it.
