About

Aethir is a decentralized GPU cloud infrastructure platform (DePIN) that pools enterprise-grade GPUs, including Nvidia H100s, from data centers, cloud providers, and mining operations into a distributed network. Its edge architecture places compute physically close to end users to cut latency for AI inference and cloud gaming workloads.

The project reports over 435,000 GPU containers across 200+ locations in 93 countries, and claimed $147 million in annual recurring revenue by Q3 2025 (company-reported, unaudited). Its ATH token runs on Ethereum and powers payments, staking, and governance. Aethir launched a $100 million ecosystem fund (Aethir Catalyst) distributing ATH grants and subsidies to AI and gaming startups.

Caveats: the headline ARR and container figures are vendor-reported; the ATH token adds crypto-volatility complexity to procurement; and a $344 million PIPE deal tying Nasdaq-listed Predictive Oncology's treasury to ATH tokens is an unusual structure worth scrutinizing before committing spend.

What it can do

  • Decentralized H100-class GPU pools
  • Edge-distributed inference
  • ATH token payments and staking
  • $100M ecosystem fund grants
  • Enterprise SLAs

Setup

Access compute through the Aethir platform; pay with ATH tokens or via supported fiat rails.

Prerequisites
